At PLEASANT EVIL, we strive to ensure your purchases are risk-free. That's why we've launched a fast returns system in partnership with Furgonetka.
You no longer need any paper forms – you can handle everything online in just a few minutes.
How do I return a product?
- Click the button below and go to the Furgonetka returns system.
- Please provide the email address you used to order.
- Select the products to return and complete the form.
- Decide how to send the parcel (courier, parcel locker, point) and pay for the return shipment.
- Ship your parcel and track its status in the Van panel.
- You will receive your refund within a maximum of 14 days of us receiving your package.
Exchanging the product for a different size
Would you like to exchange the product for a different size?
It's very simple:
- Contact us by email ( kontakt@pleasantevil.pl ) or via social media ( Instagram / Facebook ).
- We will send you a discount code for free shipping on the new size.
- Place a new order with the code – shipping of the new product will be free.
- Send the previous product back to us via the Furgonetka system (the customer bears the return costs).
👉 This way you can be sure that the new size will be available and will reach you faster.

How much time do I have to return it?
You have 14 days from the moment your parcel arrives.
When will I get my refund?
No later than 14 days from the moment the parcel returns to us.
Can I return only part of my order?
Yes – in the Furgonetki system you select specific products to return.
Who pays for the return?
The cost of return shipping is covered by you – you make the payment when generating the label in the Van.
What about changing sizes?
Just contact us (email or social media), and we'll give you a code for free shipping on the new size. You can return your old item as usual via Furgonetka.
In what condition should I return the products?
Unworn – meaning unused, with tags and in the condition you would like to receive them in 😉
